Indian auto exports hit a high gear, rising 19% to 53.63 lakh units in FY25, up from 45 lakh units in FY24, according to SIAM’s April 20, 2025 report.
Passenger vehicles led the charge, jumping 15% to 7,70,364 units, thanks to global demand for India-made models.
Two-wheelers and commercial vehicles also fueled the growth, marking the best-ever yearly performance for the segment.
With strong overseas markets driving this boom, India’s auto industry is shining bright on the global stage.
