The Axis Bank Q4 result shows a stable quarter with a net profit of Rs 7,117.5 crore, nearly flat YoY but up 13% sequentially.
Loan growth improved by 2.6% QoQ, driven by SME and retail segments, while deposits grew 7% QoQ, easing the credit-to-deposit ratio below 90%.
Net interest margin rose to 3.97%, up 4 basis points.
Asset quality strengthened, with Gross NPA at 1.28% and Net NPA at 0.33%.
With a solid balance sheet, Axis Bank is poised to benefit from a macro recovery, making it a stock to add on dips.
