The stock rose 4% to Rs 500.30 on April 23, 2025, despite a 25% YTD correction.
Margins improved to 13.4%, but the order book dropped 12% to Rs 1,906 crore, and the working capital cycle stretched to 127 days, hurting cash flows.
Defence revenue shrank 43%, while Aerospace grew over 50%.
With a pricey 50x FY26 P/E and global uncertainties, analysts rate it ‘Underweight’.
