Baazar Style Retail Limited reported a 38.1% YoY revenue growth to Rs 1,343.7 crore in FY25, driven by strong store execution and rising value fashion demand.
Q4FY25 saw a 54.6% YoY revenue surge to Rs 345.4 crore, fueled by early Eid demand and private label success.
The company added 52 stores, reaching 214 outlets, with a focus on Tier 2 to Tier 4 cities.
Private labels, contributing 45% of revenue, are targeted to increase to 60-65%. For FY26, Baazar Style Retail Limited aims for 20-25% revenue growth and 40-50 new stores, funded internally.
Trading at 33x FY27 P/E, it offers a compelling opportunity in India’s organised retail sector.
